Why can't I login?

First, make sure you entered your email and password correctly. The caps lock key should be off, as passwords are case sensitive. Next, make sure your browser is set to accept cookies and can interpret javascript.


Can I delete my account?

Yes, visit the edit your profile page after you have logged in here and then click delete my profile. However, you will not be able to delete your account if you are part of an active BiT Plan. Please contact your plan's coordinator or facilitator for further assistance. Please read the full FAQ then you may contact us. We will respond to you within three business days.
